As an Occupational Therapist with Bolton Clarke you are directly contributing to the improvement of our aged care residents so that they can live their best life.

This position, located in Caloundra, would best suit a new graduate as we have two experienced Physiotherapists who are excited to act as mentors to someone starting their career!

This role is permanent full time role (38 hours per week) offering $78,790.00 - $90,250.00 per year plus salary packaging and superannuation!

Responsibilities include:

- Developing of individual care plans
- Acting as a consultant to nursing staff in their provision of care of clients and carers
- Contributing to the teaching of Bolton Clarke staff and the staff of other organisations in relevant education programs
- Recommending appropriate manual handling equipment
- Liaising with a wide professional and community network

To be successful, you'll have:

- Bachelor Degree Occupational Therapy & AHPRA Registration
- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
- Understanding of regulatory requirements within Aged Care (ACFI)
- Empathy, strong communication and a desire to work for a values based organisation
- A nationally accredited police check or willingness to obtain one
